Texas Barbeque All-Inclusive Wedding

16 hours of event time starting at 10:00 AM and ending at 11:00 P.M. Bride and Groom Suites will be available at 8:00 AM. 6 hours of set up and rehearsal available the day of rehearsal. 

Wedding Planning Team and Wedding Day Coordinator 

All of the decorations/table and chairs- with linen, will be set up and broken down by Red Rock Vineyards coordinating team. This includes Day of Coordinators to orchestrate the day of events. (time-line, floor plan, procession form, rehearsal coordination, ceremony) and a Wedding Planner to create your dream wedding.

Ceremony Decorations

RRV will include two wine barrel tables with white table cloths and decorations, white Ceremony Chairs, Wine Barrel for Alter (lace lined with medium floral arrangement. 10 shepherds hooks and hanging mason jars or hanging vase with florals to line the isle. Outdoor wooden Pergola with sound set up for ceremony. Sign-in table- two wine barrel wooden tables, with 2 table easels for pictures or signs, various sized cedar disc for decorations under the table floral arrangement and burlap and lace table runner,(you may upgrade to any color table runner of your choice for extra rental fee) Lanterns, Votive candles,2 large Chalk Board signs, antique suitcase or large iron birdcage with lace for cards, Three large floor easel for large framed Bridal portrait or Welcome sign. Large 5ftX4ft Chandelier hanging from center beam in the climate controlled reception hall. 

Wedding Party Flowers- 

1 Bride’s bouquet, 3 Bridesmaids bouquets, 6 boutonnieres, 2 corsages, Flower Girl Basket petals & ring pillow (Clients may choose tow color theme for all floral arrangements)10 shepherds hook florals for ceremony.

Reception Seating And Floral Pkg

 5ft. Round Guest tables to seat 8-10 guests with white resin chairs and floor length white linen. Table runner(may choose any color) Reserve signs for family. Bridal Party tables Rectangle with white linen and decor with 4 votive candles per table. Sweetheart Table Floral Centerpieces, wooden round disc risers available, tall white lanterns with candles available with-fresh florals by Cuts of Color.

Texas Size Built in Beverage Bar

Lemonade, Tea and Water in 3 gallon dispensers with chalkboard labels. Sweeteners, Lemons and plastic cups.

Bar Service

 Two Indoor Built in Bars and One Outdoor Portable Bar(for a cocktail hour)-includes plastic cups, ice and RRV Bartenders for your event.(all alcohol to be provided by the client.) 

Texas Barbecue, Chicken Fried Chicken or Chicken Fried Steak Dinner-

Marble Top/Limestone base built in buffet table: Choice of 2 meats- Slow smoked chicken, sausage, turkey or brisket. 2 sides Beans, Potato Salad, coleslaw,BBQ sauce, Pickles, Onions,Bread, tea, water and lemonade. Displayed with Chalkboard nameplates. Event service staff to attend your food station, Bar and table clean up. Elegant disposable plates, dinner fork, knife, spoon, napkins and cups included. You may upgdrade meal for additional cost per person.

Bridal Cake and Groom Cake

Tiered round or square cakes with choice of icing, cake flavors and style. Cupcakes may be substituted. Cake plates, forks, napkins and servers included. A two wine barrel cake table with beautiful cake stands included or Cupcake tier stand. Groom cake is square cake or round cake on riser. May upgrade groom's cake to special design for an additional fee.


All Music for wedding ceremony, including wireless microphone/outdoor speakers for ceremony and Reception. Uplighting and Dance Floor lights. Client will select song choices easily through weblink for wedding ceremony and special dances-7 hours-(5PM-11 PM) DJ services included.

Bride's Preferred Hairstyle and Makeup provided onsite at RRV on the day of wedding. (A trial run-through is available at Haley's salon for additional fee)
